Our Journey

Founded in 2018, NGEN 3D started with the simple idea of creating a retail operation for 3D printed products. However, our journey took a different path as we began using our 3D printer in our day jobs as mechanical engineers. The technology’s immense utility quickly became evident, and it organically integrated into our workflow, significantly aiding our machine design work. Over the years, we’ve honed our skills and expanded our capabilities, now operating with over 30 printers to serve industrial, end-use applications effectively.

Achievements and Milestones

We take pride in our diverse applications of 3D printing. From producing filter meshes for various applications to creating our brand of 3D printed RC airplanes (3D Aviators), we’ve explored numerous innovative uses. We’ve developed custom battery packs with integrated electrical contacts, fulfilled large orders exceeding 1,000 pieces, and even designed and constructed our own custom 3D printers. A significant milestone in our journey has been the establishment of two production spaces, each housing a multitude of printers.
